摘要
轮式装载机通常在环境恶劣的条件下工作,故其变速箱壳体承受较大的载荷。以200 k W轮式装载机的变速箱壳体为研究对象,为了验证壳体结构设计的合理性,利用Solid Works建立3D模型,并运用ANSYS对其进行模态分析和特定工况下的强度分析。结果表明,该变速箱壳体的结构设计具有良好的动态特性,且满足特定工况下的强度要求。
The wheeled loader usually works in harsh conditions, so its gearbox housing bears large load. In the paper, the gearbox housing of a 200 k W wheeled loader was taken as the research object, in order to verify the rationality of the housing structure, its 3Dmodel was established by using Solid Works, and ANSYS was applied to conduct the modal analysis and the strength analysis of the housing in specific operation modes. The results showed that the housing structure had good dynamic characteristics and the strength met the requirements in specific operation modes.
