摘要
建立了变速箱箱体结构的有限元模型,利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行了箱体约束模态分析,求得箱体的固有频率与固有振型,并分析齿轮啮合频率对箱体结构的影响;针对变速箱状态检测与故障诊断过程中状态信息获取的测点位置基本靠经验设定,缺少理论支持问题,提出了基于变速箱箱体模态位移进行测点优化的数学方法,通过模态位移的均值、均方根值和模态运动能量法分别对不同测点的Z向进行了评估,确定了合理的测点位置,通过实验验证了该方法的有效性,为传感器的优化配置提供了依据。
Gearbox mode is established and the modal analysis of constraints is solved by using ANSYS Workbench software, and the natural frequencies and the vibration modes are obtained; Because of the problems that gaining status information are lacking of theoretical support and setting sensor positions are based on the basic experience in the process of condition monitoring and failure diagnosis, mathematical method of sensors optimization is put forward through the gearbox modal displacement. The modal displacements of different points in Z directions are evaluated by the way of the mean value, the root mean square and modal movement energy method, and reasonable measuring points are determined, which provides a basis for the optimization of the sensor configuration.
