摘要
以某桁架门式起重机为研究对象,利用有限元软件ANSYS对其金属结构的静、动态特性进行分析。通过静态分析得出,该门式起重机金属结构在设计载荷作用下的最大拉应力发生在右支腿上与主梁结合面处,最大压应力发生在主梁跨中部位,上述应力值均小于材料的许用应力,结构的静强度设计符合要求;通过模态分析得出,该桁架门式起重机金属结构在非工作状态下的前6阶模态表现如下:第1及第2阶模态主要表现为整机结构的摆动振型,第3、4阶模态主要表现为左、右支腿的摆动振型,第5、6阶模态主要表现为主梁的弯曲振型;通过谐响应分析结果可以看出,第5阶模态是对结构动态特性影响最大的模态。研究结果为该门式起重机金属结构的进一步优化提供了理论基础。
The static and dynamic characteristics of the metal structure of the truss gantry crane was analyzed by using the finite element software ANSYS.The static analysis results show that the maximum tensile working stress of the crane under the design load occurs at the joint of the right leg and the main beam,and the maximum compressive stress occurs at the middle of main beam under the design load.The above stress values are less than the allowable stress of the material,namely,the static strength design of the structure meets the requirements.It is concluded that the first six modes of the metal structure of the truss gantry crane under non-working conditions are as follows:the first and second modes are mainly the swing modes of the whole crane structure,the third and fourth modes are mainly the swing modes of the left and right leg,and the fifth and sixth modes are mainly the bending modes of the main beam.The harmonic analysis results show that the fifth mode has the greatest influence on the dynamic characteristics of the structure.The results provide the theoretical basis for the further optimization of the structure.
