摘要
发展林下经济是林改后促进林农增收和实现林业可持续发展的新出路,但是农户发展林下经济的行为抉择却因受到多种内外在因素影响而面临诸多困难。因此,试图以农户行为理论为基础,从微观层面建立农户参加林下经济行为及影响因素的分析框架,并利用福建省10个林业重点县501个家户调查数据和Logistic模型,对福建省农户林下经济发展行为抉择及影响因素进行实证分析。实证结果验证了6个研究假设,即受教育程度、林地面积、家庭资金充裕程度、对林下经济认知程度以及效益期望对农户参加林下经济具有正向影响关系,而农户年龄结构、非农收入占比具有负向影响。基于此,从政策、资金、技术和基础设施建设4个方面促进林下经济发展的建议。
After forestry reform, development of Under-forest economy is an new way to promote farmers＇ income and achieve sustainable development of forestry,but the farmer＇s choice in the development under-forest economy are facing many difficulties because both inside and outside the influence of various factors. Therefore,this article based on the theory of household behavior attempts to establish an analytical framework for the farmer＇s behaviors and influence factors of in the development under-forest economy from the micro level,while this paper do the relevant empirical analysis on the basis of 10 key forestry county including 501 household survey data in Fujian province and Logistic Model. The empirical results have verified the six hypotheses,on the one hand,these factors have a positive correlation between farmers participating in under-forest economy activity which includes education,forestry area,family liquidity level,cognitive level of under-forest economy and benefits expected,on the other hand,the age structure of farmers and non-farm income accounted for a negative effect. Finally,this paper presents specific policy recommendations by combining the specific circumstances of under-forest economy development in Fujian province.
