摘要
发展林下经济成为林改后促进农户增收和实现林业可持续发展的新出路,但是农户发展林下经济的行为抉择却受到内外在因素影响而面临诸多困难。为此,以山西省沁源县为例,借助Heckman两步法从微观层面对农户是否选择参与林下经济和影响林下经济效益的因素进行实证分析。结果表明:户主健康程度、外出务工收入、种养殖经济效益、政府扶持力度、林地面积对农户是否选择参与林下经济和林下经济收益高低有重要影响。最后基于研究的重要结论提出发展林下经济的政策建议。
The development of under-forest economy has become a new way to promote farmers＇ income and realize the sustainable development of forestry after forest reform. However,the behavioral choice of farmers＇ development of under-forest economy was confronted with many difficulties due to internal and external factors. Therefore, the Heckman two-step method was used to analyze the factors that the farmers choose to participate in the under-forest economy and affect the economic efficiency. The results showed that the health of the head of household, the income of migrant workers, the economic benefits of farming, the support of the government and the area of forest land had important influence on whether the farmers choose to participate in the forest economy and the economic income of the forest. Finally,based on the important conclusions of the development of forest economy policy recommendations was put forward.
