摘要
在地区发展差异显著的现实条件下,如何构建少数民族企业的文化生态,激发少数民族企业活力,构建企业品牌的文化软实力,成为促进少数民族地区发展的重要问题。立足于少数民族地区社会经济的现状,在充分尊重少数民族传统文化和生活习俗的基础之上,从比较优势原理出发,传承和发扬少数民族独具的传统文化积淀,同时吸收现代西方企业文化建设中的优秀因素,形成差异化有文化影响力的民族企业品牌,发展壮大少数民族企业。
Under the current situation of increasingly larger gap among different regions,how to build a cultural ecology of minority enterprises is essential to stimulate the minority enterprises and to develop a cultural soft power of the enterprise brand. Proposes the idea of inheriting and carrying forward the traditional culture of the minority nationalities based on the principle of comparative advantages. For a better cultural ecology,the minority enterprises also need to make most of the outstanding factors developed by the great western corporates. In order to build great minority enterprises,developing different and powerful brands is also required.
