摘要
Fe_3O_4磁性分子印迹聚合物不但具有高选择性、特异性识别的功能,而且具有磁响应特性,在外加磁场的作用下进行定向移动,这使得分子印迹技术的应用进一步得到拓展,在分析化学、生命科学、材料学以及医学等领域发挥了很大的作用。本文综述了近年来国内外Fe_3O_4磁性分子印迹聚合物的基本制备方法,包括悬浮聚合法、乳液聚合法和沉淀聚合法,以及磁性分子印迹聚合物在环境分析、传感器分析、植物生长素分析、染料检测、食物检测和手性药物分离中的最新应用,总结提出了磁性分子印迹聚合物在发展中存在的问题和发展趋势。
Fe3O4 magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers have not only the function of high selectivity and specific recognition, but also magnetic response characterization, which as a result generates a directional movement of itself under an external magnetic field. It greatly develops the applications of molecularly imprinted polymers in analytical chemistry, biological science, materials sci- ence and medical science. The preparation methods including suspension polymerization, emulsion polymerization and precipitation polymerization are summarized in this paper, as well as the applications of Fe3O4 magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers in envi- ronmental analysis, sensor analysis, auxin analysis, dying testing, food testing and separation of chirality drugs. The problems and de- velopment trends of the magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers are also reviewed in this paper.
