摘要
以壳聚糖为分散剂,用化学共沉淀法制备Fe3O4磁性粒子,通过多次实验总结出最佳工艺条件:反应液的初始浓度为Fe^3+ 0.15mol/L,Fe^3+/Fe^2+(物质的量)之比在1.70~1.75之间;25%NH3·H2O作为沉淀剂,并过量20%~30%,溶液pH=9~11;反应温度35℃,反应时间60min,搅拌速度3000r/min。用壳聚糖作分散剂,其最佳用量为每60mL载液0.0400g,温度控制在50℃左右,在pH值为1.0的条件下进行包覆。在该条件下制得的壳聚糖磁性微球放置17个月,无明显分层现象。利用了IR、TG—DTA和紫外可见分光光度法等方法对产品进行了表征。
To prepare the Fe3O4 magnetic microspheres with chemical coprecipitation method, the chitosan was used as the dispersant and summarized the optimum preparation conditions. The initial concentration of Fe3O2 was 0. 15mol/L, where the mole ratio of Fe3+/Fe2+ was 1.70 - 1.75; The precipitant, 25% NH3H20 was used 20 - 30% excessively under pH =9 - 11.35℃ and with a stirrer speed of 3000r/min for 60min; As dispersant, the optimum dosage of ehitosan was 0.0400g each 60mL responding liquid under 50℃ and pH = 1.0. No apparent lami- nation of the chitosan magnetic mierospheres had arisen under the above condition after being placed for 17 months. Chitosan magnetic microspheres were characterized by IR, TG- DTA and UV -visible spectrophotometry, etc.
