摘要
通过水热合成法制备Fe_3O_4磁性粒子,并采用溶胶法在其表面修饰十八胺(ODA),制得易于富集微囊藻毒素的Fe_3O_4@ODA@SiO_2磁性粒子,通过扫描电镜、震动磁强计进行表征,并将其应用于磁性固相萃取技术对水中MC-LR和MC-RR两种藻毒素进行富集,取得了高效富集效果.
The Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles( NPs) were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. Then it was modified with the octadecylamine by sol-gel method. The Fe3O4@ ODA@SiO2 magnetic particle has good enrichment ability for microcystin. It was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and vibration magnetometer. The synthesized NPs,as a magnetic solid phase extraction( MSPE) media,were applied to enrich microcystin-LR( MC-LR) and microcystin-RR( MC-RR) in water samples and obtained significant enrichment effect.
