摘要
随着高等教育的大众化发展和新建本科院校的迅速崛起,实行学院制改革已成为新建本科院校发展的趋势。学院制符合大学的内在发展逻辑,有助于增进学科间联系,有助于实施有序管理。新建本科院校实行学院制改革有其理论来源、依据与原则。结合办学实践看,学科组建、政企校合作组建学院是新建本科院校组建二级学院的主要模式;借鉴目标管理理论、制度化运行机制、注重能力提升是新建本科院校实行学院制改革的路径选择。
With the popularization development of higher education and the rapid rise of the newly-founded colleges and universities,the reform of implementing college system has become a trend of the development of the newly-founded colleges and universities. The implementation of college system conforms to the internal development logic and contributes to enhancing the relationship between disciplines and orderly management in universities. The reform of college system of the newly-founded colleges and universities has its theoretical source,basics and principles. From the perspective of education practice,the construction of disciplines and the coordination of authority,enterprises and universities will be the leading mode for the newly-founded colleges and universities to build up secondary schools. To institutionalize the operation mechanism and focus on enhancing the capability based on the objective management theory will be the path choice for the newly-founded colleges and universities.
