摘要
目的了解辽宁大连沿海地区贝类产品中副溶血性弧菌的污染状况及3种毒力基因的携带情况。方法采集大连周边海域养殖场及农贸市场132份贝类样品,用实时荧光PCR检测方法进行副溶血性弧菌标靶基因tl基因检测,同时检测tdh、trh和orf8毒力基因并进行分析。结果在132份贝类样品中,检测出携带有副溶血性弧菌标靶基因43份,检出率为32.6%(43/132),其中携带有tdh基因阳性2份4.7%(2/43),trh基因阳性2份4.7%(2/43),orf8基因阳性1份2.3%(1/43),同时携带有tdh、orf8基因阳性1份2.3%(1/43),同时携带tdh、trh基因阳性16份37.2%(16/43);牡蛎中副溶血性弧菌标靶基因tl检出率为28.8%(23/80),毒力基因同时携带10株。结论大连贝类海产品中携带副溶血性弧菌情况比较严重。
Objective To evaluate the contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (Vp) and 3 virulence genes in seashells from coastal area of Dalian city. Methods A total of 132 fresh seashells samples were collected from retail markets and oyster farms in Dalian municipality and detected for Vp with real-time PCR. The tdh, trh, and off8 genes were also tested. Results The results showed that the 43 genes of Vp were detected and the detection rate was 32. 6% (43/132). The tdh genes were detected in 2 out of 43 isolates of Vp and the detection rate was 4. 7%. The trh genes were detected in 2 out of 43 isolates of Vp and the detection rate was 4. 7%. The orf8 genes were detected in 1 out of 43 isolates of Vp, and the detection rate was 2. 3 %. The off8 genes and the tdh genes were detected in 1 out of 43 isolates of Vp and the detection rate was 2. 3%. The trh genes and tdh genes were detected in 16 out of 43 isolates of Vp,and the detection rate was 37.2%. The tl genes were detected in 23 out of 80 isolates of Vp in oyster samples and the detection rate was 28.8% ,including 10 samples containing virulence genes. Conclusion Heavy Vp contamination exists in sea- shells from coastal area of Dalian.
