2012—2015年鞍山市水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染状况 被引量:8

Analysis on contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products of Anshan City from 2012-2015

摘要 目的了解鞍山市市售水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染状况,为水产品的食用安全及食源性疾病的防控提供依据。方法按照《全国食源性致病菌监测工作手册》进行操作,对鞍山市2012—2015年共计164份水产品进行副溶血性弧菌检测。结果 164份水产品中检出副溶血性弧菌60株,总检出率为36.59%。其中,虾类检出率最高,为70.83%;其次是贝类,检出率为46.77%。淡水产品和海水产品检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.067,P〉0.05);夏秋季检出率高于冬春季,夏秋季和冬春季比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.018,P〈0.05);不同采集地点检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.180,P〈0.01)。结论鞍山市售水产品存在不同程度的副溶血性弧菌污染,应加强水产品的监管力度。 [Objective] To understand the contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus(Vp)in aquatic products of Anshan City,provide evidence for the food safety of aquatic products and the prevention and control of food borne diseases.[Methods]According to the National food borne pathogens monitoring manual,164 samples of aquatic products were detected for Vp in Anshan City during 2012-2015. [Results]60 samples were positive for Vp in 164 samples,with the total detection rate of 36.59%. The detection rate in shrimps was the highest(70.83%),followed by shellfish(46.77%). The difference in the detection rate was not statistically significant between fresh water products and sea water products(χ2=1.067,P〉0.05). The detection rate in summer and autumn was higher than that in winter and spring,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =4.018,P 〈0. 05).There was statistically significant difference in the detection rate among different sampling sites(χ2 = 12. 180,P 〈0.05).[Conclusion]There is contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products of Anshan City in various degrees. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of aquatic products.
