摘要
目的:比较不同提取方法所得蜘蛛香挥发油化学成分的差异。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏、超临界CO_2萃取及索氏提取蜘蛛香挥发油,并用气相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用技术分析其化学成分,以峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果:3种提取方法所得蜘蛛香挥发油的化学成分存在一定差异,从水蒸气蒸馏提取蜘蛛香挥发油中鉴定出96个组分,超临界CO_2萃取中鉴定出67个组分,索氏提取鉴定出66个组分。结论:3种提取方法所得蜘蛛香挥发油中异戊酸均为含量最高的成分,水蒸气蒸馏提取大多为萜类化合物,超临界CO_2萃取和索氏提取主要为酸类和缬草素类。
Objective: To compare the differences in chemical composition of volatile oil extraction form Valeriana jatamansi Jones by three methods. Methods: The volatile oil was extracted from Valeriana jatamansi Jones. using 3 different methods including steam distillation extraction, supercritical CO_2 extraction and Soxhlet extraction, and then the chemical compositions in volatile oil extraction were analyzed by GC-TOFMS. Finally, the peak area normalization method was used to calculate relative content of each component. Results: There were some differences in the chemical composition of three kinds of extraction methods of the volatile oil from Valeriana jatamansi Jones.. The results of GC-TOFMS showed that 96 components were identified in the volatile oil using steam distillation extraction, 67 components using supercritical CO_2 extraction and 66 components suing Soxhlet extraction. Conclusion: Isovaleric acid is the highest content of components in three extraction methods of volatile oil from Valeriana jatamansi Jones.. In addition, terpenoids are the major chemical composition in volatile oil from Valeriana jatamansi Jones.; using steam distillation extraction, while acids and valepotrlates are the major chemical composition using supercritical CO2 and Soxhlet extraction.
