摘要
目的:对超临界CO_2萃取法提取石菖蒲-苏合香挥发油的工艺进行优化。方法:采用中心组合-效应面法对石菖蒲-苏合香挥发油的提取工艺进行优化,利用Design-Expert 8.0.6.1软件对各实验结果进行处理和分析。结果:萃取压力为30MPa,萃取温度为60℃,萃取时间为90 min时,石菖蒲-苏合香挥发油的萃取率最高。结论:通过中心组合-效应面法优选出的石菖蒲-苏合香挥发油的超临界CO_2提取工艺稳定、可行,适用于提取石菖蒲-苏合香药材中的挥发油。
Objective: To optimize the best extraction process of the volatile oil from Acorus tatarinozvii-Liquidarnbar orientalis via supercritical carbon dioxide. Methods : Box-Behnken central composite design is adopted to optimize extraction technology of volatile oil from Acorus tatarinowii-Liquidambar orientalis via supercritical carbon dioxide, using the Design-Expert 8.0. 6. 1 software to deal with the experimental results and analysis. Results:Extraction rate is highest with extraction pressure 30MPa, extraction temperature 60℃, and extraction time 90min. Conclusion:The optimization extraction technology of the volatile oil of Acorus tatari- nowii Liquidambar orientalis via supercritical carbon dioxide is stable, feasible and suitable for extracting Acorus tatarinowii-Liquidarnbar orientalis.
