摘要
目的评价1例冠心病患者心脏瓣膜置换术的围手术期抗血小板治疗方案。方法查阅文献及指南,综述抗血小板药物围手术期处理方案。结果临床药师参与药物治疗,制定合理的围手术期抗血小板治疗方案。结论应充分评估冠心病患者的心脑血管事件风险及出血风险,个体化制定围手术期的抗血小板药物治疗策略。
Objective To evaluate the perioperative management of antiplatelet therapy in a coronary artery disease patient undergoing cardiac valve replacement surgery. Methods Documents and clinical practice guidelines were consulted, referring to the perioperative management of antiplatelet therapy. Results Clinical pharmacist participated in the process of drug treatment and decided on optimal perioperative antiplatelet therapy. Conclusion Individual bleeding and thrombotic risk should be evaluated to optimize the treatment of individual patients with coronary artery disease.
