Objective To understand the effect of evidence-based nursing on the nursing care of patients with cerebrovascular disease after intervention. Methods Eighty patients with cerebrovascular disease intervention in our hospital from April 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received general nursing and the evidence-based nursing group conducted evidencebased nursing guidance. Compare the satisfaction of the two groups, the time of hospitalization after cerebrovascular disease intervention, the quality of life before and after nursing (physiological, social and other functional indicators), psychological function (anxiety, depression), and the probability of postoperative complications. Results The number of satisfaction, SF-36 scale score, psychological function (anxiety, depression), hospitalization time after interventional treatment of cerebrovascular disease and the probability of complications after interventional treatment in evidence-based nursing group were superior to those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing guidance for patients with cerebrovascular disease can achieve good results, which can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression, improve patients' quality of life, reduce complications and improve patient satisfaction.
