化工实验仿真平台的研究，能适应经济与行业发展需求，为在常伴有高温、高压、易燃、易爆等不安全因素环境下工作的操作人员和学生等，提供安全、稳定的操作环境；提升化工专业学生的理论知识水平与实际操作能力，满足教育教学改革的需要。
