摘要
为了减少中厚板粗轧机主传动系统中的十字轴式万向联轴器在使用过程中出现的变形和断裂,通过用两种不同的平衡方式对万向联轴器和万向接轴进行整体有限元分析,包括对接轴进行挠度变形分析和对模型整体进行静力学强度分析,确定了接轴的挠度变形和联轴器的应力分布状况,发现改变平衡方式可以减小万向接轴的挠度变形,从而减小接轴对联轴器的拉力和对十字轴的冲击,改善了联轴器的受力情况。叉头上存在明显的应力集中,通过对叉头进行结构改进,改善了叉头的应力集中,提高了叉头的结构强度。
Deformation and fracture exist during cross shaft universal coupling and universal spindle of heavy plate mill main driving system. After finite element analysis of two different balance modes on the whole model of universal coupling and universal spindle, including the analysis of the spindle deflection deformation and Static strength analysis of the whole model, the spindle deflection deformation and the coupling stress distribu- tion are determined. Changing balance mode can reduce deflection deformation of the spindle, accordingly reducing the tension of the coupling and the impact of the cross shaft, which improves the force situation of the coupling. Fork structure improvement improves stress concentration existed on it and structure strength behav- iors better.
