医院图书馆知识服务绩效评估研究

摘要 对医院图书馆开展知识服务绩效评估工作的必要性和可行性、现状和存在问题,以及未来发展趋势进行探讨。从医院图书馆医务工作者、图书馆内部监督机构以及来自第三方评估3个方面提出医院图书馆知识服务绩效评估的设计依据,构建医院图书馆知识服务绩效评估体系。并以深圳市第二人民医院图书馆为例,对构建的评估体系进行应用分析。 In this article, the necessity and feasibility of conducting performance evaluation of knowledge service in hospital libraries were firstly analyzed. Then the current situation, existing problems and future tendency were discussed. Furthermore, design references for building performance evaluation system of knowledge service in hospital libraries were put forward from the aspects of medical workers in hospital libraries, internal supervision organization in libraries and third-party evaluation, with a purpose to construct performance evaluation system of knowledge service in hospital libraries. Finally, library of Shenzhen Second People's Hospital was set as example to conduct application analysis on building evaluation system.
