摘要
简要介绍了测量不确定度分析评定的相关内容,并对采用电感耦合等离子质谱法测定水中铝含量作了不确定度评定,通过质量控制提高测量结果的准确度,以期为日后的相关工作提供参考。
The paper assesses the uncertainty of aluminum in water by ICP-MS method, and through this quality control method to improve measurement accuracy, in order to provide a reference for the future work.
