摘要
目的:针对单兵面临的穿甲破片威胁,研究单兵防弹衣对穿甲破片的防护问题,为防弹衣论证设计、单兵综合防护和战场救护等相关研究提供支撑。方法:分析单兵防弹衣现状,归纳当前防弹衣采用的主要防弹材料。对穿甲弹击中装甲车辆后形成破片过程进行描述,给出穿甲破片的质量和速度特性规律。以此为基础,采用ANSYS/LSDYNA有限元分析软件,对穿甲破片侵彻防弹衣过程进行仿真,分析其防护效应。结果:穿甲破片能够对单兵防弹衣形成较强冲击,部分破片侵彻防弹衣后,仍能致伤。结论:防弹衣应进一步提高防护能力,应采用软质材料以减少冲击。
Objective To analyze the protective effect of individual bullet-proof cloth against armor-piercing fragments to provide references for the demonstration and design of the cloth, individual comprehensive protection and field medical care. Methods The present situation and the ballistic materials of the individual bullet-proof cloth were described. The formation process of the armor-piercing fragments after the armor piercer hit the armored vehicle, and the laws for the fragment weight and speed were put forward. ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element analysis software was used to simulate the process of the fragments penetrating into the cloth and to analyze the protective effect of the cloth. Results The fragments had strong impact to the cloth, and might hurt the body after penetrating the cloth. Conclusion The bullet-proof cloth has to adopt soft materials to enhance protective ability.
