摘要
以尺寸为3 mm的立方块钨合金破片为研究对象,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件进行数值模拟,得出了尺寸为3 mm的钨块在不同着靶姿态下对军用防弹衣的等效靶3 mm Q235钢板的弹道极限。设计了弹道枪试验,分别对3 mm Q235钢靶和军用防弹衣进行侵彻试验,研究结果对单兵防护和小口径反步兵武器的研制具有指导作用。
The cube-shaped tungsten alloy fragments with a size of 3 mm were taken as the research object,and the numerical simulation was carried out by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to obtain the different target postures of the 3 mm tungsten block.The ballistic limit of the equivalent target 3 mm Q235 steel plate for military body armor was obtained.The ballistic gun test was designed,and the penetration test of 3 mm Q235 steel target and military body armor was carried out respectively.The research results have a guiding role for the development of individual protection and small-caliber anti-infantry weapons.
