Innate Immune Evasion Mechanisms of Pseudorabies Virus

摘要 伪狂犬病毒能引起多种动物伪狂犬病,严重威胁养殖业发展。尤其自2011年新毒株在我国的大面积流行,使伪狂犬病的防控研究再次成为兽医学和病毒学的热点。其中,伪狂犬病毒介导的固有免疫逃避机制是其防控困难的重要原因,对于这一问题的探讨将有助于新疫苗和特效治疗药物的研发。因此,本文旨在对伪狂犬病毒固有免疫逃避机制的研究进展进行综述,为伪狂犬病的有效防控提供理论指导。 Pseudorabies is an economically important disease in a variety of animals caused by pseudorabies virus.Since 2011,pseudorabies outbreaks occurred in many regions of China.Related researches on this virus become a hot topic in virology and veterinary.One of the difficulties for pseudorabies prevention and control is innate immune evasion.Explorations on this issue are conducive to the development of vaccine and drugs.Therefore,this review summarized the recent research progress on the mechanisms of pseudorabies virus innate immune evasion.Theoretical direction was provided on effetive prevention and control of pseudorabies owing to this review.
