摘要
猪伪狂犬病(PR)是由伪狂犬病病毒引起的以发热、脑脊髓炎为主症的的传染病,PRV具有易感动物多、潜伏感染持续排毒、传播途径多等特征。文章从临床症状、实验室诊断技术等方面进行综述,重点介绍了病毒分离、病毒中和试验、琼脂扩散试验、酶联免疫吸附法、实时荧光定量PCR、环介导恒等温扩增法、微滴数字PCR、病毒DNA芯片等PR国内外诊断技术的研究进展,以期为新疫苗评估、野毒感染调查、疫病监测净化及繁育精液质控提供参考。
Swine pseudorabies disease is an infectious disease caused by pseudorabies virus with fever and encephalomyelitis. pseudorabies virus has many Characteristics of multiple susceptible animals, latent infections, continuous shedding virus, and widespread transmission. The paper reviews clinical symptoms and laboratory diagnostic techniques of PR. The latest research progress in diagnostic technology about virus isolation, virus neutralization test, agar gel immunodiffusion, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, flurogenic quantitative polymerase chain reaction, loopmediated isothermal amplification, droplet digital PCR and viral DNA chip is viewed in order to provide reference for vaccine evaluation, wild-type infection investigation, disease monitoring,disease purification, and semen quality control.
