摘要
通过对理论、专业机构及企业应用三方面的探讨，对我国人才测评技术现状加以分析，以期对我国人才测评技术发展现状有一个清醒的认识。
This paper analyes the current status of persounel assessment technique through a study of the relavant theories and appliations and professional organzations.
