摘要
为了研究牛筋果(Harrisonia perforate)枝叶的化学成分,通过采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱和制备液相等各种色谱方法对其95%乙醇提取物进行系统的分离和纯化,共得到了6个化合物,根据理化性质和现代波谱技术分别鉴定为harriperfin E(1)、kihadanin A(2)、kihadanin B(3)、6α-acetoxyobacunol acetate(4)、gardaubryone C(5)和β-sitosterol methyl ether(6)。其中化合物1为一新的色原酮化合物,化合物2~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
This study was performed to investigate the chemical constituents in the twigs and leaves of Harrisonia perforate. Six compounds were isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of the twigs and leaves of Harrisonia perforate by silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies and preparative HPLC. On the basis of chemical properties and spectra data, these compounds were identified as harriperfin E (1), kihadanin A (2), kihadanin B (3), 6a-acetoxyobacunol acetate (4), gardaubryone C (5), and fl-sitosterol methyl ether (6), respectively. Compound 1 is a new chromone, and compounds 2-6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
