摘要
目的:观察苦木提取物汤剂对肝癌患者血清中AFP、VEGF、nm23、CD44、Bcl-2含量水平的影响,结合生存率评估其治疗效果。方法:收集整理我院肝癌患者88例,随机分为两组,对照组44例进行肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE),实验组44例采用TACE联合口服苦木提取物汤剂治疗。检测对比两组患者治疗前后血清中VEGF、nm23、CD44、Bcl-2表达的变化,并采用电化学发光法对AFP进行检测,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后实验组患者血清VEGF、AFP、CD44含量水平低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后实验组患者血清nm23、Bcl-2含量水平高于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组比较,实验组生存率较高,不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论:苦木提取物汤剂对肝癌患者的病情发展有较好的治疗效果,其机制为调节相关因子而达到抗癌效果。
Objective:To observe the effects of the Kumu extract decoction on the contents of AFP,VEGF,nm23,CD44and Bcl-2in serum of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma,and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of decoction.Methods:88patients were randomlydivided into two groups.The control group(n=44)received TACE.The experimental group was treated with TACE plus oral bitter extract.Results:The levels of serum VEGF,AFP and CD44in the experimental group were lower(P<0.01).The levels of serum nm23and Bcl-2in the experimental group were higher(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the survival rate in the experimental group was higherand the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Kumu extract decoction has a good therapeutic effect on theprogression of liver cancer patients,and its mechanism is to regulate the relevant factors and achieve the anti-cancer effect.
