天山岩黄芪根中总黄酮超声提取工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的确定天山岩黄芪中总黄酮的优选超声提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,考察溶剂量,提取次数,超声时间,溶剂浓度对提取率的影响,以芦丁为标准品,用紫外分光光度标准曲线法测定含量。结果所考察的因素中,天山岩黄芪总黄酮的提取影响程度为:溶剂浓度>提取时间>溶剂量>提取次数,即乙醇浓度70%,提取时间30 min,体积为40 ml,提取次数为3次。结论超声乙醇提取法最佳工艺组合A3B3C3D3,可为利用天山岩黄芪工业生产黄酮类药用成分提供科学依据。 Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction conditions for flavonoids from Sernenovii regelt Herd. Methods The total flavonoid was determined by UV - spectrometric method, the extraction rate of flavonoid optimized condition ( ethanol concentration , ultrasonic time, solvent quantity and extraction times) was determined by orthogonal design. Results The order of factors to affect the flavonoid extraction was ethanol concentration 〉 extraction times 〉 solvent quantity 〉 ultrasonic time. Conclusion The optimum ultrasonic extraction technologies were A3 B3 C3 D3.
