薄层-紫外分光光度法测定天山岩黄芪根中芒柄花素的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立薄层-紫外分光光度(TLC-UV)法测定天山岩黄芪根中芒柄花素的含量。方法在25℃,最大吸收波长248nm处测定芒柄花素的吸收度。结果此法线性范围1.6~9.6μg/ml内,r=0.9996,平均回收率96.68%,RSD=2.6%(n=6)。结论用此方法可测定天山岩黄芪根中芒柄花素的含量。方法简便,灵敏和准确,结果可靠。 Objective To study the content of Formononetin in Hedysarum semenovii Regelet Herd by TLC-UV Spectrophotometry. Methods The Formononetin was extracted by methanol and was separated with TLC, the content of Formononetin was determined at 248 nm with UV spectrophotometry method. Results The average recovery was 96.68% and RSD = 2.6% , and there was a good linear relationship between mass of Formononetin and absorbance within the range of 1.6~9.6 μg/ml ( r = 0.999 6). Conclusion The method is simole, sensitive and accurate.
