摘要
目的：探讨宫腔注药联合曼月乐环治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法：选取我院在2008年1月~2013年1月收治的210例更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C三组（各70例）,A组采用宫腔注药法进行治疗,B组放置曼月乐环进行治疗,C组采用宫腔注药联合曼月乐环治疗,比较治疗效果。结果：A组治疗6个月后的有效率为81.43%,B组为90.00%,C组为92.86%,A组的治疗有效率显著低于B组和C组,P〈0.05;B、C两组的治疗有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。A组、C组在治疗期间,分别有53例（75.71%）、52例（74.29%）有轻度的局部疼痛、烧灼感,但不适感均可耐受,后自行缓解。术后未发生经期腹痛、大小便异常等不良反应。B组有90.00%在术后6~12个月内都有阴道点滴出血症状,A组术后无阴道点滴出血症状,C组术后有4.29%存在阴道点滴出血症状,B组术后的阴道点滴出血发生率显著高于A组和C组,P〈0.05。结论：宫腔注药联合曼月乐环治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血,能有效避免曼月乐环引起的阴道出血并发症,提高治疗效果,临床应用优势显著,值得推广。

It did not occur after the menstrual pain, abnormal urine and other adverse reactions.Group B has 90.00% in the postoperative symptoms have vaginal spotting within 6 to 12 months, A group of patients without symptoms of vaginal spotting, there are 4.29% in group C after spotting the presence of vaginal symptoms, postoperative vaginal Group B spotting incidence was significantly higher than that in group A and group C,P〈0.05. Conclusion intrauterine injection-drug combination treatment of menopausal Mirena ring dysfunctional uterine bleeding, vaginal bleeding can effectively avoid the complications caused by Mirena ring,improve the therapeutic effect,the clinical application of a significant advantage, worthy of promotion.
