摘要
目的比较左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(商品名:曼月乐)和米非司酮治疗围绝经期功血的疗效。方法将95例围绝经期功血患者随机分为米非司酮组(n=48例)和曼月乐组(n=47例),比较两组的有效率和不良反应,比较两组治疗前与治疗后3个月、6个月的子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白变化。结果曼月乐组的有效率为95.74%,米非司酮组有效率为79.17%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义;两组治疗后子宫内膜厚度均变薄,尤以曼月乐组为著;两组治疗后血红蛋白均显著增加;两组均未见明显不良反应。结论曼月乐和米非司酮治疗围绝经期功血均安全、有效,但以曼月乐效果更显著。
Objective To compare the effects of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system（Mirena） and mifepristone on peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods Ninety-five perimenopausal patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into mifepristone group（n = 48） and Mirena group（n = 47）.The effective rate and side effects were compared between the two groups.The endometrial thickness and concentration of hemoglobin were also detected before and after treatment for 3 and 6 months.Results The effective rates were 79.17% in mifepristone group and 95.74% in the Mirena group（P〈0.05）.After treatment;the endometrial thickness became thinner in the both groups,especially in Mirena group（P〈0.05）,the concentration of hemoglobin significantly increased in the both groups.There was no significant side effect in the both group.Conclusion Both Mirena and mifepristone are safe and effective in treatment of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,especially Mirena.
