摘要
目的探究加味当归补血汤治疗功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月—2016年10月在我院进行治疗的90例功能性子宫出血患者,2组患者均给予常规西医治疗,研究组在此基础上给予加味当归补血汤治疗,对比治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组完全止血时间明显缩短,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组复发率为24.44%,研究组为2.22%,相较于对照组,研究组复发率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论加味当归补血汤应用于功能性子宫出血的治疗中具有显著疗效,可帮助缩短完全止血时间,降低复发率,改善预后,是一种可行、有效的治疗方法。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of m odified Danggui Buxue decoction in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding. Methods 90 cases of patients with functional uterine bleeding in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2016 were se-lected, and two groups of patients were given conventional Western medicine treatment. The observation groups were given modified Danggui Buxue decoction on this basis, and the curative between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statisti-cally significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the time of complete hemostasis was shortened, and the difference be-tween the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate was 24.44% in the control group and 2.22% in the observation group. Compared with the control group, the recurrence rate was significantly decreased, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Danggui Guishen decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding, which can help shorten the time of complete hemostasis, reduce the recurrence rate and im-prove the prognosis. It is a feasible and effective treatment method.
