摘要
我国犯罪学研究在分析未成年人犯罪原因方面较为忽略生物因素的探讨,综合以往研究的观点,分别探讨与遗传、生理结构、生理异常相关的一些因素与未成年人犯罪的关系,揭示未成年人犯罪成因之生物因素分析的意义及启示。
The exploration of biological factors is relatively overlooked by domestic criminology research on the analysis of the cause of juvenile delinquency. With a comprehensive view of previous studies,this paper respectively investigates the relationship between juvenile delinquency and some biological factors of the crime causes associated with genetic and physiological structure as well as physiological abnormalities. The study reveals the significance and enlightenment of biological factors analysis in juvenile delinquency＇ s causes.
