摘要
近年来,我国集群犯罪频发,甚至有愈演愈烈之势,严重影响社会稳定与经济发展。试图挖掘集群犯罪成因间内部联动关系,借鉴犯罪化学反应方程式之理论观点,探索集群犯罪的形成机制,构建集群犯罪的化学反应方程式,将集群犯罪的成因分为"带菌集群"、"致罪因素"与"突发因素"三大要素,并在此基础上系统地分述集群犯罪爆发过程中各犯罪成因间的相互关系及作用力。
Recently, frequent occurrence of cluster crime, even worse, which seriously influence social stability and economic development. This paper attempts to tap the internal linkage relationship among the causes of cluster crime. It uses theoretical viewpoint of criminal chemical equation for reference. Exploring the formation mechanism and setting up chemical equation of cluster crime. Then, classifying the causes of cluster crime into three parts： “ bacteria carrying cluster”, “roots of crime” and “unexpected factor”. Finally, on the basis, systematical narration of the correlation and force among causes of crime during the outbreak of cluster crime.
