摘要
涉黑涉毒涉枪的罪犯 ,是我国新的政治经济形式下所产生的新的罪犯类型。这类罪犯在犯罪成因上 ,具有相互交叉、背景复杂、涉案人员多、犯罪种类多样化等特征。由于“三涉”罪犯的犯罪原因和人格特征 ,决定了在其改造过程中具有更大的反改造能量和人身危险性。因此 ,对“三涉”罪犯的客观界定 ,严格甄别 ,分类关押 ,严格监控 ,强化矫治措施 。
The criminals involved in gang,drugs or firearms are new ones appeared in the new situation of politics and economics. Considering the causes, the crime is featured with mutual affection, complicated background, great number of the members and multi style specified crime. The criminals have strong nature of anti transform and personal danger because of their crime causes and personality. It is quiet necessary to define them objectively, distinguish them strictly, jail separately and strengthen the correction measures.
