摘要
学校利益分配机制主要由分配主体、分配手段、利益客体和最终目标等要素组成,目前,我国学校利益分配机制存在学校利益分配主体地位不平等、学校利益分配手段过于依赖行政手段和学校利益客体"量"和"质"有待提升等问题。为了改进学校的利益分配机制,应该以"治理"理念为指导,促进学校利益分配主体的多元化;依法治校,提高学校利益分配手段的多样性;以及以人为本,不断发展学校利益客体的"量"和"质"等。
The school benefit distribution mechanism is mainly composed of subject, means, object and the ultimate goal. At present, there ate still some problems in the school benefit distribution mechanism in our country. For example, the status of subject is unequal; allocation means depends on administration too much; ＂quantity＂ and ＂quality＂ of object should be improved, etc. In order to optimize the school benefit distribution mechanism, some measures should be taken. Firstly, the diversification of the school benefit distribution Subject which is guided by the concept of ＂governance＂ should be promoted; then, the diversity of school interests distribution means in accordance with managing school by law should be increased; at last, ＂quantity＂ and ＂quality＂ of object following the people -oriented principle should be developed constantly, etc.
