摘要
目的探讨孤独症儿童照顾者积极感受与家庭功能的关系及其影响因素。方法采用照顾者积极感受量表、家庭功能量表和一般资料调查表对2014年9月至2015年3月在河南省某专科医院心理行为中心就诊的194例孤独症患儿照顾者进行调查。结果 194名孤独症患儿照顾者的积极感受得分为(25.10±5.65)分,孤独症照顾者积极感受得分与家庭总的功能评定各维度得分均呈负相关(P<0.01);分层回归分析结果显示照顾者受教育程度、宗教信仰、职业、医疗付费方式及家庭总的功能评定是积极感受的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论孤独症患儿照顾者的积极感受和家庭功能有待提高,家庭功能的改善有助于增加照顾者的积极感受,护理人员应根据照顾者的家庭功能和基本情况的不同为其提供个性化的教育和指导。
Objective To analyze the relationship between positive feelings and family function and its related factors in caregivers of children with autism. Methods A total of 194 caregivers of children with autism who were in psychological behavior center of a specialized subject hospital in Henan between September 2014 and March 2015 were conveniently selected and investigated with Positive Aspects of Caregiver(PAC),Family Assessment Device (FAD) and General Information Questionnaire(GIQ). Results The positive feelings score of 194 caregivers of children with autism was 25.10±5.65. The positive feelings score of caregivers were negatively correlated with each dimension score of FAD P〈0.01. Regression analysis showed: general function ,whether as the main caregivers, caregivers' level of education and career,autism children's age and payment of medicalexpenses had predicted effects onpositive feel- ings score(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The positive feeling score and family function score of caregivers of children with autism remains to be improved. Improving family function is helpful to increase the earegivers' positive feelings. Nursing staff should provide personalized education and guidance to caregivers according to their different family function and basic conditions.
