摘要
[目的]探讨家庭干预对精神分裂症病人生活质量影响。[方法]将精神分裂症病人57例．随机分成干预组及对照组．干预组采用定期随访的方式进行家庭护理干预，于干预前和干预后3个月进行家庭功能评定量表（FAD）和精神分裂症病人生活质量量表（SQLS）评定．对照组不给予家庭干预。[结果]干预组精神分裂症病人生活质量有明显的改善，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]家庭干预有利于提高病人生活质量。
Objective： To probe into the influence of family intervention on quality of life of schizophrenia patients. Methods： A total of 57 schizophrenia patients who had discharged were randomly divided into intervention and control group. Family nursing intervention was carried out for intervention group cases by adopting regular follow - up. They were evaluated with family functional assessment scale （FAD） and schizophrenia quality of life scale （SQLS） respectively at three months before and after the intervention. Family intervention had not provided for control group cases. Results： The quality of life of schizophrenia cases in intervention group was improved remarkably. There was statistical significant difference between control group and intervention group cases （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Family intervention is profit to the improvement of quality oflife for schizophrenia patients.
