摘要
目的:探讨石油野外员工成人依恋焦虑、积极应对方式与职业压力的关系。方法:采用成人依恋量表,简易应对方式问卷和职业压力量表对某石油局井下工程公司的529名石油员工进行调查。结果:1采用积极应对方式的员工量表平均得分和人数比例(56.3%)高于采用消极应对方式的员工(43.7%);2成人依恋焦虑对职业压力存在显著的正向预测作用(Beta=0.176,P<0.001),积极应对方式对职业压力有显著的负向预测作用(Beta=-0.253,P<0.001);3石油野外员工的成人依恋焦虑除直接影响其职业压力外,还通过积极应对方式间接影响其职业压力(△R2=0.092,P<0.001)。结论:石油野外员工的成人依恋焦虑、积极应对方式对其职业压力有重要影响;积极应对方式在成人依恋焦虑与职业压力之间起部分中介作用。
Objective:To explore the relationship among adult attachment anxiety , positive coping styles and occupational stress .Methods:529 oil enterprise employees were tested with the Adult Attach-ment Questionnaire(AAQ),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ)and Occupational Stress Inven-tory(OSI).Results:①The average scores of positive coping styles and proportion of employees (56.3%) was higher than that of negative coping styles (43.7%);②Adult attachment anxiety and positive coping styles positively and negatively predicted occupational stress (Beta=0.176,-0.253;P〈0.001).③Posi-tive coping styles served as a partial mediating role on the relationship between adult attachment anxiety and occupational stress .Conclusion:The adult attachment anxiety influences the occupational stress di-rectly and indirectly via the mediating role of positive coping styles in oil enterprise employees .
