摘要
目的 探讨护士与患者情感障碍状况及相关性 ,为护理人本管理提供科学的理论依据。方法 应用自评与他评问卷调查法 ,同时对肿瘤医院和综合医院的护士与患者进行测评 ,并对照分析。结果 护士与患者情感障碍发生率均明显高于一般人群 ,但二者间不存在明显相关 ;护士情感障碍与职业压力源呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,其中相关系数最大的是护理专业及工作方面的问题、工作量及时间分配问题和病人护理方面的问题。结论 管理者应注重护士行为心理管理 ,协助护士正确认识和舒缓工作压力 ,促进身心健康 ,保证护理质量。
Objective To investigate the conditions of affective disorder of nurses and patients and their correlation,and thus to produce a scientific theoretical basis for the management of the nursing staff. Methods The nurses and the patients from the tumour hospitals and the general hospitals were tested simultaneously,using the Assessment and Self-assessment Questionnaire,to make a comparative analys. Results The occurrence rates of affective disorder of nurses and patients were both significantly higher than that of the normal group,but no significant correlation existed between the two ;the affective disorder of nurses was significantly related with job stress sources ( P <0.01),among which the highest correlation coefficient were the nursing specialty and routine,and the work load and time distribution. Conclusions Administrators should pay attention to the management of nurses′ behaviour psychology,and help nurses understand and alleviate job stress properly,thus to ensure the health of nurses and nursing quality.
