摘要
目的:探讨心理管理在护理安全管理中的作用和特点。方法:发放调查问卷,并对收回问卷进行分析。结果:被调查护士均认为护理管理中应关注护士心理,同时进行适宜心理管理。结论:在护理管理工作中实施心理管理是提高护理人员的安全意识、保证护理安全的基础。
Objective： To investigate the characteristic and analyze the function of psychological management in nursing safety. Methods： A questionnaire survey was carried out for 87 clinical nurses, and the clinical data were col- lected and analyzed. Results： The nurses involved in the survey considered it necessary to have concern for the nurses＇ psychological management, also be suitable for psychological management. Conclusion： Psychological management is very beneficial to nursing management and the guarantee to grasp the basic nursing safety and improve the safety con- sciousness of all nursing staff. Focus on quality management, continuous improvement potential in every aspect of the problem makes the fundamental improvement in the nursing quality and eliminating hidden dangers.
