门诊护理工作人员心理状态及满意度调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察门诊护理工作人员心理状态及工作满意度。方法 2015年9~12月采用一般情况调查表、Stamps护士工作满意度量表、症状自评量表(SCL)-90和心理压力源调查表对该院门诊部33名护理工作人员进行调查。结果 33名护理工作人员满意度评分为(145.19±29.35)分。年龄、学历、专业技术职务、门诊部门、工作性质、月收入等因素均可影响护理工作人员满意度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);婚姻状况对满意度无影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。门诊护理工作人员SCL-90总分和9个纬度得分均明显高于常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响门诊护理工作人员心理状况的心理压力源从高至低分别为职业前景差、工作量超负荷、工作模式单一、社会支持不足、人际关系复杂、个人经济压力、医院体系压力。结论门诊护理工作人员存在工作满意度低、心理健康水平差等问题,应给予充分重视,建立健全干预措施可增加护理工作人员满意度和归属感,改善其心理健康水平,提高医疗质量管理水平。 Objective To observe the psychological state and job satisfaction of nursing staff in the outpatient depart- ment. Methods The general situation questionnaire, Stamps nurse job satisfaction scale, symptom self rating scale (SCL-90) and psychological pressure source questionnaire were adopted to investigate 33 nursing staffs in the outpatient department from September to December 2015. Results The satisfaction score of 33 nursing workers was (145.19±29.35) points. The factors such as the age, educational background, professional title, outpatient departments ,job nature and monthly income could affect the sat- isfaction of nursing staff, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) ;the marital status had no influence on satisfaction without statistical difference (P〉0.05).The total scores of SCL-90 and the 9 dimensional scores of the outpatient nursing staff were significantly higher than the norm, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The psychological pressure sources af- fecting the mental status of the outpatient nursing staff from high to low were poor occupational prospects,work overload, single working mode,deficient social support,complicated interpersonal relationship,personal economic pressure and hospital system pressure. Conclusion The outpatient nursing workers have the problems such as low job satisfaction and poor mental health level, which should be paid full attention to. Establishing and perfecting the interventional measures can increase the satisfaction and sense of belonging of nursing workers, improve their mental health level, and increase the level of medical quality management.
