西蜂一代杂交种蜂王浆生产性能形态学分析

摘要 以美意种王和蜂王浆高产2个西方蜜蜂品种为亲本,对其杂交一代蜂王浆生产性能形态学进行分析研究,测定了正反交西蜂一代杂交种工蜂的咽下腺长度和重量、工蜂体重和头重。结果表明,同一工蜂的左、右两条咽下腺长度、重量差异均不显著;正交种和反交种工蜂体重分别是0.119 3 g和0.114 5 g,二者差异显著;工蜂头重正交种为0.013 5 g,反交种为0.012 9 g,二者差异显著;工蜂咽下腺长度正交种为12.51 mm,反交种为11.21 mm,二者差异极显著;工蜂咽下腺重量正交种为0.001 3 g,反交种为0.0012 g,二者差异不显著;试验蜂群正交种和反交种蜂王浆产量分别是128.2 g和68.37 g,二者差异显著,说明工蜂咽下腺长度与蜂王浆产量有很大关系。 Two species of bees from west, U.S.-Apis mellifera and royal jelly high-yield bee species, were used as parents to carry out reciprocal cross experiment, and for the first generation hybrids, the length and weight of swallow gland, body weight and head weight of worker bees were detected to research the production performance of royal jelly. The results showed that there was no significant difference(P〉0.05) in the length and weight between the left and right swallow gland for the same worker bee; on the other hand, between the cross and backcross, the body weight and head weight of worker bees were significantly different(P〈0.05), and the length of swallow gland was extremely significantly different(P〈0.01), but the weight had no significant difference(P〉0.05), that was 0.119 3 g, 0.013 5 g, 12.51 mm, 0.001 3 g to 0.114 5 g, 0.012 9 g,11.21 mm, 0.001 2 g, respectively; finally, the royal jelly production were 128.2 g and 68.37 g for orthogonal and reciprocal cross separately, which were significant different(P〈0.05). To sum up, the royal jelly production has great relationship with swallow gland length.
