摘要
通过对西方蜜蜂意大利亚种（意蜂，ＡｐｉｓｍｅｌｌｉｆｅｒａｌｉｇｕｓｔｉｃａＳｐｉｎ）下王浆高产的浙农大１号意蜂品种（Ｅ＿ａ）和王浆低产的本地意蜂品种（本意，Ｅ＿ｂ）工蜂咽下腺小囊数的解剖学比较，寻求用咽下腺小囊数多少作为意蜂的王浆高产品种和低产品种鉴别指标的可能性。结果表明，每条咽下腺的小囊平均数Ｅ＿ａ比Ｅ＿ｂ高，差异极显著。经生产测定证实，蜂群Ｅ＿ａ的王浆产量相应比Ｅ＿ｂ高，差异显著，因此，咽下腺小囊数可作为意蜂下Ｅ＿ａ和Ｅ＿ｂ品种鉴别的重要依据之一，它们的指标是：Ｅ＿ａ为（６５６±６２）个，Ｅ＿ｂ为（５６２±６５）个。亚种下不同品种和品种内不同蜂群间咽下腺小囊数差异的解剖学比较，可作为选育王浆高产新品种的新手段。
The bursa number in the HP between E_a(a high royal jelly yielding variety derived from E_b)and E_b(an Italian bee variety in China withlow royal jelly yielding)were compared. BOth E_a and E_b belong to Apis mellifera ligustica Spin. The results showed that a significant difference ex-isted between E_a and E_b.The yield of royal jelly for E_a colonies was higher than that for E_b coloniesin a production experiment, and their yield difference was significant. According to statistical analy-sis,the yield of royal jelly was proportional to the bursa number in HP, so that the bursa number in HP could be used as an indicator for discriminating the high royal jelly yielding variety E_a from the low yielding variety E_b. The bursa number of E_a is 656±62,and that of E_b is 562±65. The dif-ference of bursa number also could be used as an index for selecting high royal jelly yielding strains/or varieties among Apis mellifera ligustica Spin.
