摘要
利用猪粪进行厌氧消化产沼气既能有效解决猪粪处理问题,又能产生代替化石能源的甲烷。猪粪中富含大量木质纤维素,限制了猪粪的水解和厌氧消化,需要在厌氧消化前对猪粪进行一定的预处理。介绍了物理法、化学法、生物法和联合预处理方法,为开发更加优化高效的预处理工艺提供理论和技术基础,以期实现猪粪高效厌氧消化产能。
The anaerobic digestion of pig manure can produce biogas, effectively solving the problem of pig manure processing and producing an alternative for fossil energy. Pig manure is rich in lignocellulose, limiting the hydrolysis and anaerobic digestion. Pretreatments of pig manure before anaerobic digestion are required. Physical, chemical, biological pretreatments and their combination are introduced, providing theoretical and technical basis for developing more efficient pretreatments in order to realize the efficient capacity of anaerobic digestion of pig manure.
