摘要
畜禽粪便及其浸出液常常是污染农村环境的根源。研究粪便分离物及其固形物厌氧发酵的各自沼气转化效率,确定分离液厌氧发酵的最适浸泡时间,既为粪便固液分离进行厌氧发酵提供理论基础,又为畜禽养殖场废水能源化和废渣的肥料化利用以及厌氧法处理有机废水提供技术依据。试验以调制的总固体质量分数(TS)为8%的新鲜猪粪、牛粪为原料,分别静置浸泡3,6,9和12h后进行固液分离,固形物和分离液分别加入200 g沼液接种物,在20℃,30℃条件下分别研究固形物和分离液的厌氧发酵产气效果,结果表明:猪粪浸泡12 h后分离液发酵效果较好,而牛粪的最佳浸泡时间为3h。
Animal manure and its liquor are often known as the source of rural environmental pollution. In order to deter- mine the optimum soak time for the liquid separation, the methane conversion efficiency of manure' s liquor and solids were studied to provide theoretical foundation for manures' solid-liquid separation fermentation and provide technical ba- sis for treatment of organic wastewater and the energy utilization of waste water and waste residue . The experiment re- searched the aerogenesis rate and the total gas production in 20~C and 30~C with the dairy and pig manures' solid-liquid separation as the fermentation materials which were separated after 3, 6, 9 and 12 hours' soaking. The results showed that the best soak time of pig manure is 12 hours and the best soak time of dairy manure is 3 hours.
