摘要
目的分析人性化管理模式在护理管理中的运用效果。方法于实行人性化护理管理前和实行人性化护理管理3个月后,各随机抽取100例患者,让患者就医院整体护理质量、护理人员服务态度、护理人员行为、就医环境进行评分,并发放护理满意度调查表,了解患者的护理满意度;向该院100名护理人员发放调查问卷,让护理人员就工作环境、工作强度、工作模式、工资待遇、人际关系、工作成就感、集体荣誉感等进行评分。结果实行人性化护理管理3个月后各项评价指标均优于实行人性化护理管理前,人性化护理管理前后的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用人性化管理可提高护理人员的护理工作质量和患者的护理满意度,人性化管理模式在护理管理中运用效果良好。
Objective The analysis of the application effect of humanized management mode in nursing management.Methods In real humane nursing management implementation of humanistic nursing managementbefore and after 3 months,each of 100 randomly selected patients,let the patient hospital holistic nursingquality,nursing staff service attitude,medical environment,nursing staff behavior score,and issue the nursingsatisfaction survey,understand the patients' satisfaction to nursing care;questionnaire the questionnaire to 100 nursing staff,let the nurses working environment,strength,working mode,salary,interpersonal relationship,job achievement,the collective sense of honor and to score.Results The implementation of various evaluation indexes are better than the implementation of humanistic nursing management after 3 months of humanized nursing management before,comparative differences in nursing management before and after the humanity has statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion The use of humanized management can improve nursing satisfaction of nursing staff and nursing work quality and patient,humanized managementmodel in nursing management in the use of good results.
