摘要
目的探讨在医院护理管理中应用人性化管理模式带来的效果。方法选取该院60例各科护理人员作为调查对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组护理人员采用传统管理模式进行管理;观察组护理人员采用人性化管理模式进行管理。将两组护理人员的护理质量、护理差错评分、护理操作评分进行对比。结果将两组护理人员的观察指标进行比较,观察组护理人员的护理质量得分以及护理操作评分明显高于对照组护理人员,而护理差错评分明显低于对照组护理人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用人性化管理应用于医院护理工作中,不仅提高了护理人员的服务态度,完善了护理质量,降低了护理差错的发生率,同时也降低了护患纠纷的发生率。值得临床广泛推广和使用。
Objective To investigate the hospital nursing management application humane management model brings results.
