摘要
在人力资源管理过程中,思想激励是较为重要的一项职能。通过思想激励,能够有效激发员工的工作热情,使其更加奋发向上。对于医院而言,在人力资源管理的过程中更应该注重思想激励,这样才能使医务人员更加爱岗敬业,从而促进医院的发展。医院人力资源管理的激励管理是促进人与医院共同发展的有效手段,该研究对思想激励在医院人力资源管理中的有效运用展开分析探讨,希望能为同行起到一点作用。
In the process of human resource management,ideological motivation is a very important function, which can play a more important role in management. The ideological motivation can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff,making them more uplifting. For hospitals, in the process of human resource management, we should pay more attention to the ideological motivation,in order to make the medical staff more dedication, so as to promote the development of hospital.Hospital Incentive Management of human resources is to promote the common development of human and effective means of the hospital. The article analyzes and discusses the the application of the thought in human resource management, hoping can play a little role for peers.
