摘要
荷兰对于成人职业教育的重视度很高。在该国的海关成人教育培训中,海关职业发展与交流中心通过改革创新形成了具有特色的一系列的教育培训方法。该中心还将"以人为本"和"创新教学"的教育理念融入海关人员的培训中。在高校成人教学中,我国应借鉴荷兰在海关教育培训方面的方法。
Vocational training is considered of great importance in the Netherlands. In the field of its Customs training,Customs career development and communication centerhas already developed a series of approaches through innovations. It also applied the ideas' people- oriented'and ‘creative teaching'into the Customs training programs. We should use for reference from the Netherlands Customs into our colleges and universities for adults' training.
